Return and Refund Policy

At ATS We are committed to providing the highest quality of IT infrastructure hardware and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy fully complies with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

[ Return & Exchange Timeframes ]

Standard 14-Day Returns You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt without specifying a reason, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, and in its completely sealed packaging (resellable) with all original manuals and accessories.

30-Day Manufacturing Defect Returns If the product has a manufacturing defect, does not match specifications, or has a hidden defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. ATS will inspect the product and process your request immediately.

[ Non-Returnable Products ]

Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

Custom Configurations Custom-configured servers or personalized hardware assemblies.

Software & Digital Licenses Software licenses, operating systems, or digital products that have been unsealed, opened, or activated.

Consumable Items Consumable materials that have been opened or used (such as thermal paste and cleaning tools).

[ Return Shipping Costs ]

Defective or Incorrect Products If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, ATS will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind) For standard returns within 14 days without any defect, the customer bears the shipping costs.

• A flat return shipping fee of 100 EGP applies within Alexandria.

• A flat return shipping fee of 150 EGP applies to other governorates.

• Alternatively, you can drop off the product directly at our main company headquarters free of charge.

[ Refund Process ]

Product Inspection Once your returned product is received and inspected by our technical team (typically within 3 to 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the product's condition.

Refund Methods Approved refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, E-wallets, or Bank Transfer) within 7 to 14 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders For orders originally paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or the customer's mobile E-wallet.
