Information Accuracy Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date details (Name, Phone Number, and Shipping Address) during registration or checkout. You assume full responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect information.

[ Pricing & Orders Policy ]

Product Pricing All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Shipping fees are added dynamically at checkout. ATS reserves the right to modify prices at any time due to market updates or import cost fluctuations.

Order Cancellation & Refusal We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of a fraudulent transaction.

[ Custom Configurations & Servers ]

Special Orders For custom-configured servers or personalized hardware assemblies, processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Modifications to specifications or order cancellations are strictly prohibited once technical execution has started.

[ Limitation of Liability ]

Hardware Nature ATS provides genuine IT infrastructure hardware and solutions guaranteed for operational efficiency. However, the company is not liable for any indirect losses or data corruption resulting from customer misuse, improper environment, or incompatible third-party software.

[ Governing Law ]

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria.
